  • I’ve worked with Brett for close to 3 years now and I can definitely say I picked the best coach in the game. When I got into bodybuilding I had never competed nor did anything close to it before just your typical lifter that would eat clean and lift. When I was looking for a coach I wanted to be with someone that I could trust fully to push me to my full potential but also not just look at me as a income. I wanted someone who would genuinely care about my health and also be more than just a coach. With Brett I knew from the first session that he did care for those things and we would have more of a connection than just a client coach relationship. If you’re looking to compete Brett is definitely the coach to have because the knowledge he has is on a pro level of coaching. Like I’m not just saying that I’m living proof if you look at my transformations even under a year they are ridiculous like I never knew I could look anything like I do now and owe it all to him. He’s been the best coach, friend, and mentor for me on this bodybuilding path like I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to give my full faith in to control what I eat, etc. and have no worries and just know that he knows best and it’ll work. All in all if you’re looking for someone to coach you, push you to your full potential, care about your health, and give you his undivided attention he’s your man!

  • In order to keep this testimony of working with Brett within a reasonable length, let me keep it to the improvements I've had with the training Coach Brett has provided me. Lets start from the top...in 1.5 years Brett has helped me create a realistic eating style where I can gain muscle and lose body fat, Lower my blood pressure back to an extremely healthy range, and finally have the confidence to see myself without a shirt. In fact I now look forward to pool days. This hasn't been easy and Brett has been there every step of the way! We meet every morning at 6amand he never misses a day! Which means...I can't miss either. His methods are, encouraging, challenging, and patient. I've never seen him disappointed but rather encouraging to pick it up and get back on track...especially if I fell off my meal plan. (Don't lie, the scale will prove it) Brett is the man and will always push you to keep going! 

    The second part of this testimony is what it's done for me as a result of the incredible training (I'll keep this short)....Better Work performance, clear mindedness, better sex life, better energy as a dad, new hobbies, Happier mood, happier marriage, new confidence, the list goes on....I wish I started sooner. 5 days a week is what I recommend...Make the time. Don't find the time.

  • “I’ve known Brett for a couple years now.  I saw that he started doing muscle work and I figured I’d try him out.  I scheduled a 2 hours session at about 2 weeks out from one of my bodybuilding comps. He came straight to my house and worked on me.  Brett gave the right amount of pressure (which i need a lot of) and really knows the muscles and how they operate.  After sweating it up working on me Brett definitely loosened up my shoulder blades and just made me feel more mobile which help a ton while posing.  I would definitely recommend him especially if you compete.”

  • I cannot express how much going to Brett for a massage has helped me. I always got really painful tension headaches and I have for as long as I can remember. They start in my neck and go all the way up to my head. Nothing ever helped really “fix” the problem, it just kind of put a bandaid over it for the time being. I’ve been to a neurologist and we’re still in the process of trying to figure out WHY. However, getting a massage on my neck and upper body from Brett has been the ONLY and I truly mean ONLY thing that has helped. I go to him about every other week / sometimes longer and ever since I started going I stopped getting my headaches. I’m forever thankful to have found him!!

Brett and I had only a short period of time to work together. 10 weeks to be exact and he elevated my game so fast within those months he brought the best out of me which got us the open bodybuilding overall title for Excalibur. He took care of every little thing to prep me. From body work, posing, workouts, and mental check ups. Hands down the best coach in the game he will give it his all to coach you and get you where you want to be! I can’t wait a full year working with Brett! Thank you so much for changing my life!”
